Treasury Board Pm Collective Agreement
« I am pleased that PA employees, many of whom have supported important services to Canadians during the pandemic, have reached a new preliminary agreement and that all employees represented by PSAC are receiving compensation for the burden the Phoenix pay system had on their lives. This is proof of our commitment to reaching fair and equitable agreements taking into account the current economic and fiscal environment. The AV, NR, RE, SH, SP, NRC (LS, IR, RO-RCO, TR), CRA (AFS), OSFI, CNSC (NUREG), NEB and NFB groups have negotiated and ratified new collective agreements. Some groups continue their important work at the negotiating table. We stand in solidarity for a fair agreement for each MEMBER of the CSPIP. Regardless of this, the parties have signed the protocol agreement on the negotiation of working conditions for civilian members of the RCMP, which will be integrated into the psac bargaining units. Copies of current collective agreements for USJE members can be viewed by clicking on the fare category below. Collective agreements will only be updated when they officially come into force, after both parties have « signed » the document in question. The three-year interim agreement applies to nearly 84,000 federal employees represented and unpresented in the Program and Administrative Services (PA) group. The provisional agreement would provide for overall economic and group increases of 6.64 percent over three years, ending in July 2021, with the smallest increase last year, in line with the current economic environment.
New provisions on nursing leave, extended parental leave and up to 10 days of domestic violence leave are also included in the provisional agreement.
