The Non-Nuclear Aggression Agreement is a bilateral nuclear arms control and bilateral treaty between the two South Asian countries, India and Pakistan, on the reduction (or limitation) of nuclear weapons and pledges not to attack or assist foreign powers in attacking the nuclear facilities and facilities of both states.
